Using someones registered trademark as is or an altered version is in violation of U.S. Trademark Law . Almost always violated by those with no reputation at best and a terrible one at worst.

The purpose? Hopefully being confused as the genuine original and/or hoping to appear in the search engines alongside the real Bail Enforcement Academy®.
